Nichole conducts her five week course of yoga-physio classes at regular intervals throughout the year. Course includes information on the management and prevention of low back and neck pain with a combination of ergonomic advice, core stability strengthening, yoga stretches, postural advice and self help tips. Clinical pilates and physiotherapy strengthening exercises to improve posture and core stability. Our 5 week block of classes will guide you to understanding how to accurately activate and strengthen your core and postural muscles with a series of matwork based exercises. Suitable for rehabilitation and recovery from low back pain, thoracic pain and posture related injuries. Classes are held on Fridays from 1pm-2pm at Evolve Fitness in Coolum.
