Perfect for beginner to intermediate yogis and those seeking guided yoga and pilates exercises for the management of pain or injury.
Developed by physiotherapist Nichole Hamilton and guided by both Nichole and her colleague Paula Magrani (accredited exercise physiologist, yoga and pilates teacher), together they take you through a short explanation of your injury and a suitable flowing yoga and pilates practice that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Included are some self help pain management tips to benefit your health and a guided meditation.
Seeking relief from neck or shoulder pain?
This downloadable class if for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home!
We will take you through a short explanation of neck and shoulder pain and the variety of potential causes.
We then guide you through a class of supine, seated and standing exercises. This includes a gentle yoga flow, pilates postural strengthening, physio tips to relieve your pain and a guided relaxation.
This class is designed for mild to moderate neck or shoulder pain and is not suitable in the presence of nerve impingement radiating into arm pain, paraesthesia or neurological compromise. It is also not suitable for full thickness rotator cuff tear.
Lower back pain with standing, walking or leaning backwards?
This class is for you to download and enjoy! Our qualified physiotherapy and exercsie physiology team will take you through a short explanation of ‘extension related’ lower back pain and the variety of potential causes to help you relieve your pain!
Throughout the class we then journey through a mix of supine, seated and standing exercises including a yoga flow and pilates core stability and strengthening. We also include physio tips to manage pain with standing and walking, as well as a guided relaxation.
This class is designed for mild to moderate lower back pain. It is not suitable in the presence of nerve impingement radiating into leg pain, paraesthesia or neurological compromise.

This class is for you to download and enjoy! Our qualified physiotherapy and exercsie physiology team will take you through a short explanation of ‘flexion related’ lower back pain and the variety of potential causes to help you relieve your pain!
Throughout the class we then journey through a mix of supine, seated and standing exercises including a yoga flow and pilates core stability and strengthening. We also include physio tips to manage pain with sitting and bending, as well as a guided relaxation.
This class is designed for mild to moderate lower back pain. It is not suitable in the presence of nerve impingement radiating into leg pain, paraesthesia or neurological compromise.
Hip and groin pain?
This class is for you to download and enjoy! Our qualified physiotherapy and exercsie physiology team will take you through a short explanation of hip pain and the variety of potential causes to help you relieve your pain!
We then guide you through a class of supine, seated and standing exercises. This includes a gentle yoga flow, pilates strengthening for core and gluteals, physio tips to help relieve your pain and also a guided relaxation.
This class is designed for mild to moderate hip pain. It is not suitable in the presence of severe osteo-arthritis.
Knee pain?

This class will take you through a short explanation of knee pain and the variety of potential causes. We then guide you through a class of supine, seated and standing exercises including a gentle yoga flow, pilates strengthening for knees and hips as well as physio tips to assist with knee pain. A guided relaxation is included
This class is designed for mild to moderate knee pain. It is not suitable in the presence of severe osteo-arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis of the knee.
