Here at Synergy Physio our Mum’s and Bub’s Pilates classes are for YOU!
With only four women per class, they are supervised by a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and are specifically tailored and designed for mums!
These classes are aimed to increase core and postural strength with a focus on pelvic floor safe exercises. Our kind and caring Women’s Health team combine a holistic and evidence-based approach to assist you in your goals, whether that be safely returning to running, boxing or sport after having your baby.
Our expert team are here to guide you safely back into exercise whilst connecting with other like-minded women at the same time.
So how do I start?
Simply call our friendly clinic and book an initial assessment so that we can understand your birth story, assess your core and pelvic floor strength and develop your tailored program. Then simply book into our Mum’s and Bub’s Pilates class!
What do I need to bring?
Bring along a towel, water bottle and socks to your class. We also recommend bringing along a mat, pram or bouncer for bub.
Do health fund rebates apply?
Yes! Book in now to secure your spot. Classes commence Wednesday April 5 at 11am.
